| 摘 要： | 通过不同蓝莓品种,不同激素、不同激素浓度三因素对蓝莓组培苗瓶外生根进行正交试验研究,结果表明不同品种之间的生根性状指标均达到了差异极显著水平;方差分析并多重比较,激素处理以NAA 1000mg/L最佳。

| Abstract: | Done orthogonal experiment research on ex vitro of tissue culture plantlets of hlueberry through three factors of different cultivars, different hormones, different hormone concentration . The results showed that rooting traits of indicators between different cultivars have reached significant difference level; analysis of variance and multiple comparisons, the best hormone treatment is NAA 1000mg/L. |
