社区林业与天然林保护社区的可持续发展

本文探讨了我国天保社区的基本特征，阐述了社区林业的特点，分析了天保工程实施中存在的问题，提出了采用社区林业方法实施天保工程的几点建议，指出了社区林业是天保社区可持续发展的有效途径。

Community Forestry and the Sustainable Development of NFPP Communities

In China,natural forests are mainly distributed over mountainous and poor areas.The Natural Forest Protection Program (NFPP) is the important decision made by Chinese central government to minimize the environmental deterioration,which covers extensive areas and concerns people.Through strenuous efforts in the past years,great improvements in forest resource and environment protection have been made.On the other hand,the implementation of NFPP results in some negative impacts,and some issues also exist in the process.This paper discusses the basic characters of NFPP communities in China,expounds the main features of community forestry,analyzes the major issues in NFPP implementation process and puts forward some suggestions to implement the program by means of community forestry approach.Finally,it is pointed out that community forestry approach is the effective way for sustainable development in NFPP communities.
