| 摘 要： | 本文根据香樟（Cinnamomum camphora Presl）的扦插育苗试验,研究了不同季节、生根促进剂的种类及浓度对其扦插成活率的影响。结果表明：春季（3月）选择绿枝插穗,200 mg.kg-1的IBA处理是扦插香樟的最佳处理,扦插成活率高达97%。并且3月进行扦插,秋季即可上山造林,可缩短香樟育苗时间并节约育苗成本。

| Abstract: | Researches were conducted on effects of the cutting season,rooting accelerators and their concentration on survival rate of Cinnamomum camphora in order to improve the rooting of cutting seedling-raising.The result showed that the green scions treated with indolebutyric acid 200 mg·kg-1 as hormone in March had the highest surviving rate for cutting propagation,reaching 97%.In addition,if cutting propagation of Cinnamomum camphora was couducted in March,its seedlings could be used for afforestation in Autumn,thus able to shorten the seedling-raising time and save the cost. |
