摘    要:生态安全是指人类赖以生存和发展的生态环境处于健康和可持续发展状态,流域生态安全评价是实现流域可持续发展的一项重要调控措施。流域生态安全评价需要通过评价模型来实现,由于生态安全是一个外延不明确的模糊概念,为此以模糊模式识别理论为基础,提出了流域生态安全评价的模糊模式识别模型。运用模型对岷江上游的生态安全现状进行了评价,建立了1,2,3共三个级别的指标体系,结果表明岷江上游生态安全处于第2级,即处于预警状态。评价结果符合岷江上游地区的生态环境状况。

Abstract:By the ecological security is meant the ecological environment which the human survival and development depend on and which is in a healthy and sustainable development condition.The basin eco-security assessment is an important regulating and control measure for achieving the sustainable development of the basin.The basin eco-security assessment can be attained by assessing the model.The eco-security is a concept with non-definite extension and is defined as a typical fuzzy concept,so with the aid of the theory of the fuzzy pattern recognition,a fuzzy pattern recognition model is established for the basin eco-security assessment.The established model has been applied to the assessment of eco-security in the upper reaches of the Minjiang River with a total of 3 ratings from grade 1 to grade 3.The calculation results have shown that the eco-security in the upper reaches of the Mingjing River belongs to the 2rd grade of the system,namely the early warning grade among the three grades.The conclusion conforms to the present condition of this regional ecological environment.
