摘    要:为获得竹材液化物碳纤维原丝的优化制备工艺,笔者以合成剂用量、合成升温时间、合成温度以及纺丝速率作为原丝优化制备工艺的影响因素,进行正交实验。测定了不同实验条件下的原丝直径与力学性能;采用极差分析方法对实验结果进行分析讨论,得到原丝的优化制备工艺条件:纺丝速率为800r/min,合成温度为120℃,合成剂用量为5%,合成升温时间为30min。

Abstract:In order to obtain optimum process for preparing precursor of carbon fiber from liquefied bamboo, an orthogonal test was done with synthetical agent content,temperature-rising time,synthetical temperature and spinning velocity being as influence factors;then the diameter and mechanical properties of precursor prepared under different test conditions were measured.The test results were analyzed and discussed by using range analysis method and the optimum conditions were obtained:spinning velocity of 800r/min...
