摘    要:通过对板式定制家具分拣现状的分析,指出了人工分拣存在的问题,提出自动分拣代替人工分拣,有效降低分拣成本、错误率和缩短生产周期,并阐述了揉单生产与智能分拣系统的关系。详述了智能分拣系统的关键技术,包括硬件技术和软件技术,并从信息采集技术、可编程逻辑控制器、智能机械设备、PLC编程、机器人编程等方面进行了详细解读。结合其他行业智能分拣系统的应用经验,阐述了定制家具企业智能分拣系统的应用,为板式定制家具行业提供一定借鉴。

Abstract:Through the analysis of the status quo of panel customized furniture sorting, the problems of manual sorting were pointed out, automatic sorting were proposed instead of manual sorting to effectively reduce sorting cost, error rate and shorten production cycle, and the relationship between the production of kneading sheet and the intelligent sorting system were expounded. The key technologies of the intelligent sorting system were described in detail, including hardware technology and software technology. The information acquisition technology, programmable logic controller, intelligent mechanical equipment, PLC programming, and robot programming were explained in detail. Combined with the application experience of intelligent sorting systems in other industries, the application of intelligent sorting system for customized furniture enterprises were expounded, which provided a reference for the panel customized furniture industry.
