摘    要:用API作胶黏剂制备麦秸刨花板,并对影响板材性能的因素进行了研究。实验结果表明,表、芯层施胶量均为2.5%时,所制得的板材性能均优于普通刨花板中优等品的指标,吸水膨胀性能的改善尤为显著。综合考虑板材性能及产品成本,API胶中交联剂的最佳用量为6%。

Abstract:Wheat straw particleboard was prepared by using API as adhesive. Also, the influence of some factors on physical and mechanical properties of the board was investigated. Experiment results showed that under the conditions of API content being 2.5% in both surface and core layer,properties of the prepared board were superior to the quality requirement of high class particleboard specified in Chinese national standard, and the improvement of TS was especially remarkable. Furthermore, it was revealed that optimum contents of crosslinking agent(PAPI)in API was about 6% , which took both product cost and properties into account.
