摘    要:采用常压渗透法对竹材液体渗透性进行了试验测定,以单位体积增重率作为评价指标对竹材液体渗透性进行了分析。研究结果表明:(1)预处理方式对竹材液体渗透性有影响,水煮处理竹材试件的液体渗透效果较好。(2)竹材构造对竹材液体渗透性有显著影响。未剖分含竹青和竹黄竹材试件的液体渗透性小于去掉竹青和竹黄的竹材试件的液体渗透性;不含竹节试件的液体渗透性优于含竹节试件的液体渗透性;竹材纵向的液体渗透性优于横向的液体渗透效果。(3)液体种类和液体浓度对竹材液体渗透性有影响,低浓度酸性染料渗透效果较好。(4)竹材液体渗透效果随含水率的升高而降低。

Abstract:To quantitatively evaluate the liquid permeability of bamboo, the permeability experiments of bamboo were performed under normal pressure. The liquid permeability of bamboo is evaluated using the rate of raising weight unit volume. The results indicated: (1)Pretreatment methods have distinct effect on the liquid osmotic effect of bamboo, the liquid osmotic effect of bamboo sample vapored is better than that of others. (2)The structure of bamboo has distinct effect on the liquid osmosis: the liquid osmotic effect of the sample without outer surface and inner surface of bamboo is better than that of normal;and without knot is better than with knot;in longitudinal direction is better than in cross direction. (3)The type and consistency of solution have effect on the liquid osmotic effect of bamboo, and it is better to use of lower consistency acid dyestuff solution. (4)The liquid osmotic effect of bamboo sample decreases with the increase of its moisture content.
