基于绿色制造的家具选材与生态设计

随着消费者环保意识不断提升,越来越多基于环保理念所形成的消费习惯正在影响终端消费市场的基本走向。家具制造业属于传统产业、绿色产业、富民产业,其生产、制造、物流环节均应体现绿色制造理念。介绍了绿色制造理论,分析了基于绿色制造的家具选材难点,提出了基于绿色制造的家具选材与生态设计措施和家具生态设计升级方案。

Furniture Material Selection and Ecological Design Based on Green Manufacturing

With the continuous improvement of consumers’awareness of environmental protection,more and more consumption habits formed based on the concept of environmental protection are influencing the basic trend of the end consumer market.Furniture manufacturing industry belongs to traditional industry,green industry and rich people industry,and its production,manufacturing and logistics should reflect the concept of green manufacturing.In this paper,the theory of green manufacturing was introduced,the difficulties of furniture material selection based on green manufacturing were analyzed,and the measures of furniture material selection and ecological design based on green manufacturing and the upgrade plan of furniture ecological design were put forward.
