| Abstract: | The protonation constants of sulphonated sheoak tannin, obtained by bisulfitization of sheoak tannin, as well as the stability constants of it's complexes with metallic ions Ca2+, Mn2+, Zn2+ , Cu2+ and Fe3+ , were determined by potentiometric method. The protonation constant of sulphonated sheoak tannin is slightly lower than that of sheoak tannin, while the complexation ability of the former is much higher than that of the later. |
