摘    要:为了优选大孔树脂纯化丹参药材丹参酮提取液中隐丹参酮的工艺,以高效液相色谱检测出的隐丹参酮含量为指标,对大孔树脂型号、吸附条件、洗脱条件进行了考察.优选出的最佳条件为选取LSD-40型大孔树脂,上样液pH值3,上样液静置时间3 h,采用梯度洗脱,先用60%乙醇洗脱50mL左右,再用80%乙醇溶液洗脱,洗脱液体积为190 ...
