枣树生长期果实主要矿质营养元素变化规律研究

摘    要:以4年生骏枣、木枣、团枣为试材,研究枣果主要矿质营养元素含量的变化,结果表明:1)幼果期(7月23日)—熟前速长期(8月7日)—白熟期(8月22日)—着色期(9月6日)—脆熟期(9月21日),骏枣、木枣、团枣果实中各主要矿质营养元素含量的变化基本一致。其中,钙、锰、铜元素变化大体呈下降趋势,钙变化是先陡后缓,锰呈近直线变化,而铜则大体为"W"形下降变化;钾和铁含量呈波折曲线变化,钾大体呈"W"状,而铁为单"S"形。2)枣果实中5种主要矿质元素含量大小顺序为:钾〉钙〉铁〉锰〉铜。3)从着色期到脆熟期,就钾、钙、锰、铜元素而言,木枣果实中的含量比团枣高。4)相关性测试表明:钙与锰呈显著正相关;锰和铜有很大的正相关,骏枣的都达极显著水平。

Abstract:Four-year-old grafted JunZao,MuZao,TuanZao were used to study the change of the main mineral nutrition in fruit of jujube,the results indicated: From young fruit period(on July 23) to crisp-ripe period(on September 21),there are the same trends roughly in the content of the main mineral nutrition in fruit of 3 Jujube varieties.The content of Ca,Mn and Cu are decreased generally,the change of the content of Ca is rapid at first,then slow,the change curve of Mn is linear nearly,while that of Cu is as "W";The change curve of the content of K is as "W",while that of Fe is as "S".The order of the content of 5 mineral nutrition in fruit of jujube is KCaFeMnCu.The content of K,Ca,Mn,Cu of fruit in MuZao is higher than that of TuanZao from colouring period to crisp ripe period.Ca and Mn in fruit of jujube have significantly positive correlation.Mn and Cu have great positive correlation,that of JunZao are all extremely significant.
