榉树扦插繁殖技术试验初报

摘    要:采用L9(34)正交试验设计研究扦插基质、插条部位及ABT浓度对榉树萌发条扦插生根的影响.结果显示:采用实生苗截干后萌发的穗条扦插,以均匀混入腐殖土的土壤作基质,中部插条,插条粗0.6~1.0cm,1000mg/L ABT生根粉液浸泡15~20min后的扦插方案最好,扦插生根成活率可达93%,根系发育好,植株生长健壮,2、3月份扦插的苗木当年可以出圃造林.

Abstract:Orthogonal design was adopted to study the impact of cutting's medium,position and ABT density on rooting of the sprout of Zelkova schneideriana.The result revealed that the optimal scheme for the cutting was the soil which was evenly mixed with humus soil as medium,0.6-1.0 cm middle scions and dipping in 1 000 mg/L ABT about 15-20 min,the survival rate amounted to 93% and in good growth of root.Thus,in such way seedlings by cutting could be afforested in the mountains from the garden in January and February in the same year.
