摘    要:介绍美国核桃的种植概况、主栽品种、生产现状及市场占有率等产业发展现状.从良种选育进程、种质资源的收集与保存、无性繁育研究、核桃生理生化研究、植物营养研究、病虫害控制技术研究等方面综述了美国核桃产业的科研进展.在详细阐述美国核桃的主要栽培技术和采收后处理技术的基础上,分析美国核桃产业发展的优势所在.藉此,总结出美国核桃产业发展经验对我国及云南省的借鉴作用.提出加强技术推广体系建设,加速科技成果的转化;加大科技含量,实施科学管理;建立稳定的科研推广队伍;提高采收后处理及加工技术水平等核桃产业发展建议.

Abstract:U.S walnut planting profiles,cultivars,production status and the status of industry market were introduced in this paper.From aspects of the seed selection process,germplasm collection and preservation,asexual breeding research,walnut physiological and biochemical studies,plant nutrition research,pest control research in the U.S.,we reviewed the progress of walnut industry scientific research.Based on detailed the major cultivation techniques and post-harvest processing technologies for U.S.walnut,the advantage of the U.S.walnut industry has been analyzed.In this way,summed up the U.S.walnut industry development experience as reference for China and Yunnan Province.Recommendations of walnut industry development for strengthening technology promotion system,accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements;increasing scientific and technological content,the implementation of scientific management;promoting the establishment of stable research teams;improving after harvest handling and processing technology level have been proposed.
