Discussion on Issues in Ecological Forest Construction and Measures in Youxi County

The paper introduces the ecological forest construction and protection with regard to the division of Two Sorts of Forest and distribution of ecological forest;and analyzes the issues in the construction as following not enough social emphasis and management,imperfect compensation mechanism,poor active participation in the management by forest farmers and hard responsibility allocation.Therefore the paper proposes the policy system for ecological forest construction,discusses the management model and suitable measures for the management,establishes ideal forest ecological benefit compensation mechanism and suggests some measures for improving the public awareness for the protection and construction.
