| 摘 要： | 林权证管理是集体林权制度改革中的一项重要工作．依据林权证管理的现状及需求，研究设计了基于GIS技术的林权证管理信息系统设计方案．设计了需求分析过程模型、数据模型、功能模块、体系结构及开发平台．该设计在实际应用中取得了较好的效果．

| Abstract: | The forest right certificates' management is an important part of the reform of collective forest property right system.Based on the analysis of management situation and demand for forest right certificates,the paper studies the scheme of forest right certification management information system based on GIS,and designs the process model of demand analysis,data model,function module,system structure and development platform.As a result,this kind of design has turned out be better outcomes in practice. |
