| 摘 要： | 国有新岗林场为了走出资源危困，经济危机的困境，进行了大胆改革，改变了原有的经营理念，实现了林场的可持续经营．其可持续经营措施包括：实行内部改革，转换经营机制；调整树种结构，加强低产林改造；加速发展速生丰产林；引进市场机制，改变传统原木销售方式；发展林产工业，加强森林资源的综合利用；依靠科技，推进科技兴林战略．通过以上措施为林场注入了新的活力，取得了明显效果．
