基于SWOT-AHP分析的敦化市老白山森林康养产业发展评价

利用SWOT-AHP分析法,对吉林敦化市老白山森林康养产业进行发展评价。结果表明,其最大优势是多样的地方特产,最大劣势是康养设施的欠缺;最大威胁是巨大的行业竞争压力和资金投入的有限性,最大机遇是国家政策的支持。分析认为,老白山森林康养基地应充分依靠国家政策的支持,吸引相关专业人才,逐步完善康养设施;通过大力发展地方特产,扩大品牌效应,提高经济收入的同时,提高行业竞争力,推动其森林康养产业的发展。

Development Evaluation of Forest Therapy Industry in Laobai Mountain of Dunhua City Based on SWOT-AHP Analysis

This paper evaluated the development of forest therapy industry in Laobai Mountain of Dunhua City,Jilin Province by the SWOT-AHP analysis.The results showed that the biggest advantage of forest therapy base in Laobai Mountain was the diversity of local specialties,the biggest disadvantage was the lack of health facilities,the biggest threat was the huge industry competition pressure and the limited investment,and the biggest opportunity was the support of national policies.This paper thought that the forest therapy base in Laobai Mountain should fully rely on the support of national policies to attract relevant professionals and gradually improve facilities,and increase economic income and industry competitiveness by vigorously developing local specialties and expanding brand effects to promote the development of the forest therapy industry.
