云南省森林防火综合治理分析

云南省森林防火面临着森林火险形势越来越严峻,森林防火工作任务不断加重,难度不断加大,新的机遇和挑战并存的新形势.文中分析了云南省森林防火存在着预警监测、林火阻隔等基础设施落后,地方森林消防专业队伍力量严重不足,森林防火装备较差,储备较少等问题.从森林火险预警监测系统、通信系统、装备及防火队伍能力建设系统、林火阻隔系统、信息指挥系统、保障系统、科研开发系统等方面阐述了森林防火综合治理思路,提出了综合治理措施.

Comprehensive Analysis of Forest Fire Prevention in Yunnan Province

Forest fire prevention in Yunnan province is facing more and more severe situation with the tasks of forest fire prevention continue to increase and become increasingly difficult, and with a new situation of new opportunities and challenges. This paper analyzed the existence of poor infrastructure for forest fire early warning and monitoring, and forest fire barrier, as well as a serious shortage of the local forest fire fighting professional forces, poor forest fire fighting equipment, less reserves and other issues in Yun- nan Province. Ideas of comprehensive management of forest fire prevention were described from the forest fire early warning and monitoring systems, communications systems, equipment, capacity building and fire fighting team system, fire barrier systems, information command systems, security systems, research and development system. Comprehensive management measures were put forward.
