| 摘 要： | 果实无核是果实的优良性状之一,尤其是葡萄、柑橘、枇杷等果树栽培中已经有了比较成熟的技术措施.从果树生理(主要包括雄性不育、胚囊败育、胚乳败育、自交不亲和性、激素平衡和协同机制等方面)和遗传(主要包括自然单性结实、突变、多倍体无核机制、=三倍体应用、化学诱导、无核基因应用等方面)的角度,综述了果实无核的形成原因和机理,并对相关研究前景进行了展望.

| Abstract: | Seedless fruit is a desirable trait that has been achieved in many plant cultivars,such as grape,citrus,and loquat,etc. In this paper,the reasons and mechanism of seedless fruit were studied and reviewed based on physiological and genetic research of fruit crops. Generally speaking,fruit physiology mainly include male sterility,gastrula abortion,endosperm abortion,self-incompatibility,balance and synergetic mechanism of plant hormones.
