| 摘 要： | 将金桔嫩枝茎段接种于H基本培养基附加IBA0.1mg/l和BA1mg/l中,获得无菌芽,切割成段转接于MS基本培养基附加IBA0.1mg/l和BA0.5—2mg/l中促使幼芽增殖,并连续增殖培养。在连续培养中,将幼芽转接于MS基本培养基附加IBA或NAA0.2—0.5mg/l中诱导生根,形成金桔试管苗。炼苗后移栽于自然环境中,成活率达60％,从而可大量地、迅速地获得金枯无性系材料。

| Abstract: | Shoots of Fortunella margarita are inoculated in the H culture media of IBA O.lmg/1 and BA 1 mg/1, in order to be formed into axenic buds. The axenice buds are then cut into small sections to be inoculated in th eMS culture media, of IBA0.lmg/1 and BA0.5-2mg/l for bud multiplication.In the process of continuous culturing, young buds are then positioned in the MS culture media of IBA or NAA 0.2-0.5mg/l to induce the root formation of tube seed-lings.
