摘    要:为给山楂品种间光合性能的差异与品种特性的关系的研究奠定理论基础,对山楂品种敞口和面楂结果枝和营养枝叶片的光合作用及其影响因子进行测定。结果表明:山楂叶片光合速率日变化呈双峰曲线,有明显的"午休"现象;敞口的结果枝叶片光合速率高于营养枝叶片,而面楂的2种类型叶片光合速率相近;敞口的光合速率高于面楂,但其"午休"时间比面楂长,且"午休"时净光合速率低于面楂,出现负值。敞口达到光合速率的高峰所需光合有效辐射及温度低于面楂。

Abstract:In order to lay a theoretical foundation for the researches on relation between variety characteristics and photosynthetic performance,photosynthesis of bearing branch and vegetative branch leaves in Changkou and Mianzha and some influencing factors were determined.The results showed that the curve of diurnal change of net photosynthetic rate(Pn) in hawthorn had two peaks,and there was obvious midday depression.Pn of brearing branch in Changkou was higher than that of vegetative branch,while Pn of two kinds of leaves in Mianzha were similar.Pn of Changkou was higher than that of Mianzha,whereas midday depression time was longer than that of Mianzha,Pn was lower than that of Mianzha and negative appeared during midday depression.Changkou need lower photosynthetically active radition and temperature to reach the maximal photosynthetic rate than Mianzha.
