山东经济林发展探讨

简要回顾了山东经济林自“七五”以来的发展历程。根据目前经济林发展存在的主要问题，指出发展山东经济林总的指导思想和任务目标．提出用科学的发展观指导经济林建设应处理好统筹规模开发与区域布局、统筹资源发展与产业建设、统筹产量增加与质量提高、统筹经济效益与生态效益4个关系，并根据当前形势指出山东经济林依靠科技进步．推行标准化生产；加强品种资源保护．发展名牌产品；与林业生态工程建设相结合．科学发展生态型经济林；开拓思路，培育典型．积极做好经济林宣传工作的发展对策。

Discussions on Nonwood Forestry Development in Shandong Province

In this article, the course of nonwood forestry development in Shandong since the seventh five-year-plan is briefly reviewed. On the Basis of the leading problems, the overall direction, task and goal are pointed out. It is proposed that in accordance with the scientific development point of view, the construction of nonwood forest production bases should well coordinate the four relations of overall development versus regional distribution, of resource expansion versus industrial production, of output increase versus quality upgrading, and of economic benefit versus ecologic benefit. Standardized production, protection of varietal resource, setting famous-brand products as priority, integrating nonwood forest with ecologic construction, and training and extending model nonwood forest farmers and enterprises are recommended.
