苹果枣组培脱毒与快繁技术

摘    要:采用热处理与组织培养技术相结合培育苹果枣苗.能有效脱除枣疯病原MLO。对苹果枣组培脱毒与快繁技术的研究结果表明,适宜的诱导培养基为MS BA1.0mg/L KT0.5mg/L 3%蔗糖,继代培养基为MS BA1.5mg/L IBA0.5mg/L 3蔗糖,生根培养基为MS IBA1.0mg/L IAA0.5mg/L 3%蔗糖.试管苗无土移栽成活率为96%。

Abstract:Jujube witches broom is one of the diseases that severely affect the production in jujube (Ziziphus jujuba). The combination of heat treatment and tissue culture effectively eluted the MLO pathogen in the seedlings of pingguozao, one of the fine jujube varieties recently released. Studies indicated that the optimal inducing medium for virus elution through tissue culture and for fast propagation is MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+KT 0.5 mg/L+3% sucrose; the ideal medium for secondary culture is MS+BA 1.5 mg/L+IBA 0.5 mg/L+3%sucrose; and the best rooting medium tested was MS+IBA 1.0 mg/L+IAA 0.5 mg/L+3% sucrose. The survival percentage of the transplanted soil-free test-tube plantlets reached 96 percent.
