摘    要:用60 mg/m2PP333处理,能有效地抑制草地早熟禾的植株高度,促进分蘖,提高根冠比,减轻夏季高温后的枯黄程度;降低质膜差别透性(PMP),显著提高叶绿素、蛋白质含量和叶片相对含水量(RWC),并能增强草地早熟禾抗夏季高温胁迫的能力,改善坪用性状,是安全越夏的有效措施。

Abstract:The effect of paclobutrazol(PP333)on some morphological and physiological characteristics of Kentucky Bluegrass(Poa.pratensis L.) was investigated in summer.Results showed that 60 mg/m3 PP333 treatment reduced the grass height,increased the tiller number and the ratio of root/canopy,and alleviated the degree of scorch under heat stress.Furthermore,PP333 treatment also induced a significant decline of plasma-membrane permeability(PMP) and increased the content of chlorophyll and soluble proteins,and the relative water content(RWC) of Kentucky Bluegrass leaves in summer.The data above indicated that 60 mg/m3 PP333 treatment is a good choice to enhance heat-tolerance and then improve turf quality and over-summering safety of Kentucky Bluegrass.
