摘    要:以11个黄花黄叶树种为材料,采用3种人工复合基质、以插穗基部速蘸3个质量浓度的IBA处理进行生根试验。结果表明,扦插基质对黄阔边红瑞木、美国金钟连翘,金边黄杨、红果金丝桃、龟甲冬青、花叶榕的生根有显著影响,不同的IBA质量浓度对黄阔边红瑞木、美国金钟连翘、金边黄杨、金叶小檗、花叶榕的根长有显著和极显著影响;基质类型与IBA质量浓度的交互作用对美国金钟连翘、黄阔边红瑞木生根数有显著和极显著影响;但对生根率与根长基本无影响;适于各树种扦插生根的最佳IBA质量浓度及最佳基质配比不同。

Abstract:Treatment of semi- hardwood cuttings from l lycllow-flowercd or-leaved tree species with IBA and three substrates was found to promote rooting. Rooting percentage, root number and root length were enhanced when cuttings were treated with 3 different IBA concentrations and substrates. In certain plant species, the interaction between IBA concentration and substrate was found to enhance root number and root length but not rooting percentage. In this experiment, the best IBA concentration and rooting substrate were obtained in different plant species.
