摘    要:通过对23个橡胶树品种幼苗低温处理后进行的抗寒生理指标测定分析,结果表明,在低温条件下,叶片中可溶性糖、丙二醛含量和细胞电解渗出率呈极显著增加,其中云研77-4、天任31-45、93-114表现出较强的抗寒性。

Abstract:The physiological mechanism of freezing-resistance was studied with 23 rubber clones by cold treatment. The results showed that the content of soluble sugar, malondialdehycle (MDA) and the electrolyte leakage in the leaves increased significantly. Among them, clone Yunyan77-4, Tianren31-45 and Tianren93-114 showed strong ability against the chilling under low-temperature conditions.
