| 摘 要： | 云南这样的西部欠发达省份实施工业化道路不可避免地遇到了节能减排瓶颈,如何破解这一矛盾?通过发展林业,发挥森林在固碳增汇方面的独特作用,可以达到间接减排目的。本文探讨了云南建立林业碳汇体系的理论、方法和途径。

| Abstract: | In the process of the implementation industrialization, the bottleneck of energy-saving and reducing carbon emission has been encountering inevitably, especially such underdeveloped western provinces like Yunnan. How to resolve this contradiction？ In order to reduce emission indirectly, we should enhance the forestry development, and making it play a unique role in carbon sequestration. This paper discusses the theory, method and approach of Yunnan forestry carbon sequestration system. |
