| 摘 要： | 阐述了当前我国自然保护区自然资源产权制度的复杂性及改革必要性,分析了改革面临的产权归属不清晰、管理体制不健全、法律体系不完善等挑战,并对因产权问题造成保护区管理上的负面影响进行了分析。在此基础上,提出了健全我国自然保护区产权制度的对策思路。
