毛泡桐优树无性系测定试验报告

从１９８８年起，对甘肃历年选择及引进的毛泡桐优树进行了无性系测定，初步选出一批生长快、干形较好的优良无性系。

A Report on the Clonic Test of Paulownia Tomentosa Plus Trees

The clonic test has been carried out since 1986 in 25 plus treeclones and 7 superseedling clones collected from 7 different provanances ofPaulownia tomentosa,Through the successive observation of 7 years,the fol-lowing primary results have been obtained:1.In selecting superior clone of P,tomentosa,it was a better way to com-bine the provanance selection with the plus tree selection.2.Some plus tree clones had different response in their growth to differentsites.The method was used to eliminate the position effect,but obviousdifference was still existed in the various plants of the same clones of plustree.3.Some better clones have been selected out,such as Tianshui 8201,Tjan-shui 8208,Qingyang 82018,Chengxian 8201 and etc.
