| 摘 要： | 测定了蓖麻油的粘滞系数，得到其随温度变化的规律；添加抗氧化剂（BHA，TBHQ，BHT）于蓖麻油中，对其进行了抗氧化性研究，结果表明：BHA对蓖麻油的抗氧化性显示出最佳的效果。

| Abstract: | Viscous coefficient variation of castor oil with temperature was determined and oxidation resistance was measured by adding antioxidants(BHA,TBHA,BHT)in the oil.The results showed that BHA was the best to improve the oxidation resistance. |
