| 摘 要： | 在分析我国露天采矿区恢复治理存在法律制度不完善、监督管理不到位、治理资金短缺、治理技术落后、治理模式僵化等问题基础上,提出了完善法律法规体系、建立健全监督管理及验收制度、拓宽融资渠道、创新治理模式、提高治理技术等提高恢复治理成效对策。

| Abstract: | Open-pit mining has brought huge economic benefits,but it also severely damaged ecological structure,easily causing geological disasters,which goes against the economic sustainable development.This paper summarized the current problems in mining area's ecological environment restoration,such as imperfect legal system,inadequate supervision,funds shortage,backward techniques and inflexible management mode,etc.Countermeasures for improvement were put forward: completing legal system,setting up supervision and check system,widening financing channels and innovating governance model and updating technical levels. |
