摘    要:针对炭化微米木纤维捕集器内的碳烟颗粒积累到一定程度需要更换的问题,在分析炭化微米木纤维过滤芯工作原理及其控制要求的基础上,研制了以AT89C52单片机为核心的柴油车炭化微米木纤维捕集器更换控制器.介绍了该控制器的信号采集、数据计算与分析等.

Abstract:To solve the problem of when PM in the DPF made by carbonized microns wood fiber should be changed,based on the analysis of working principle and controlling requirements of the filter of carbonized microns wood fiber,in single engages of AT89C52 as the core,change controller of the DPF made by carbonized microns wood fiber was developed.The signal acquisition,data calculation and analysis were introduced.
