摘    要:以重组木复合刨花板微观力学的力泞 基础,应用材料力学的理论,以重组木复合刨菜板纵横向弹性模量与树种木材的差异最小为目标函数,并以重组木木束与刨花板刨花的相和学参数为优化变量,确定了重组木复合刨花板在满足最近似于实木性能条件下的最佳力学性能。本文所述的理论和方法为人造板复合材的优化设计提供了实用的理论和方法,也为人造板力学提供了基本理论和优化的方法。

Optimizing Design of the Cross Section of Scrimber-Partical Board with Superior Equal Strength

Abstract:In the paper, based on micromechanics model of scrimber-partical board and applied the theory of material mechanics, the smallest differences between elestic modulus of scrimber-partical board in longitudinal and transverse direction and same wood species which scrimber-partical board made from are used as target function and the mechanic parameters correlated to scrimber web and partical of partical board are rearded as optimizing variable, the superior mechanic performances of scrimber-partical board satisfied with the most similar performances condition of solid wood have been determinated. The theory and method provided by this paper are consided as the practical theory and method of optimizing method design of wood-panel composite materials. Furthermore, the basic theory and optimizing method are contributed to mechanics of composition board.
