数控超高压水切割机床的工件夹紧装置研究设计

摘    要:基于提高超高压水射流切割机床加工木材和木质复合材料质量需要,依据动力学实验原理,以杉木为试件,采用动压力测试方法分别对杉木工件在自由状态下切割受力情况和对不同规格的杉木工件在自由状态与夹紧状态下的切割表面粗糙度进行了对比试验研究,并以此设计了与SQ-WJG40型高压水射流切割机床相配套的四气缸联动气压夹紧装置.

Abstract:Based on the demand of improving the quality of wood and wood-based composites processed by super high-pressure water jet cutting machines,according to dynamic experimental principle,with Chinese fir as specimen and by means of dynamic pressure tests,contrast experimental study is made respectively of the force on Chinese fir workpieces in the free cutting state as well as of the surface roughness of Chinese fir workpieces in different sizes in the free cutting state and in the clamping state.Based on this,a four-cylinder linkage pneumatic clamping device that matches SQ-WJG40 super high-pressure water jet cutting machines is designed.
