| 摘 要： | 对采用同一工艺压制的成品胶合板进行BL-环保阻燃剂浸渍处理试验,观察其氧指数、甲醛释放量、烟密度和胶合强度四个性能参数的变化情况.试验结果表明,经浸渍处理的成品胶合板的环保、阻燃性能均不理想,很难达到环保、阻燃的要求,试验中氧指数最高为38%.

| Abstract: | The plywood manufactured with the same technic were impregnated with BL-environmental-friendly flame retardant by a dipping method. The properties of oxygen index, formaldehyde emission, smoke density rank and bond strength were tested. The results indicated, plywood with this method is not satisfying and its properties of environmental protection and flame retardation are hard to improve, the highest OI is only 38% in experiments. |
