摘    要:油松幼林地与未造林地上不同整地方法土壤微生物总数与细菌数量分布规律一致,都是鱼鳞坑整地和水平沟整地〉不整地,说明整地更有利于土壤微生物的繁殖。鱼鳞坑整地和水平沟整地与不整地之间土壤微生物数量以及细菌、真菌、放线菌数量的互作效应差异均显著。

Abstract:The total soil microorganisms have the same distribution law with the bacteria number by use of different soil preparation methods in young plantation of Pinus tabulaeformis and non-afforestation land,the numbers of fish-scale pit soil preparation and horizontal ditch soil preparation are bigger than the one of non soil preparation,which show soil preparation is beneficial to the propagation of soil microorganism.The differences of interaction effects among numbers of soil microorganism,bacteria,fungi and a...
