| 摘 要： | 从内蒙古、宁夏、甘肃、青海、新疆,陕西及山西北部、辽宁省西部等干旱、半干旱地区收集强旱生、旱生、半旱生乔灌木（草）种质资源,在内蒙古鄂尔多斯市达拉特旗解放滩,建立了规模为2 hm2的抗旱植物种质资源库（圃）,繁殖保存了乔、灌（草）植物23个科,36个属,78个种,含不同种源（产地）、家系（无性系）213份植物材料。该圃具收集、保存和研究测定功能,为＂抗干旱优良种质筛选＂研究提供了物质材料和研究场所。2007-2010年在该资源圃进行了抗旱植物生长特性观察、生理生态特性测定及主要树种优良种源筛选研究等科研活动,取得了初步成效。

| Abstract: | In Jiefangtan,Dalate Qi,Inner Mongolia,an anti-drought plant germplasm bank（nursery） of 2 hm2 has been set up and preserved 213 copies of materials of strong xerophytic,xerophytic and semixerophytic arbor and shrub plants in 23 families,36 genus and 78 species,which have been collected from the arid and semi-arid districts such as Inner Mongolia,Ningxia,Gansu,Qinghai,Xinjiang,and so on.This bank（nursery） can provide materials and research site for the selection of fine anti-drought germplasm.2007-2010,many scientific researches have been done in this bank（nursery） on observing the growth characteristics of anti-drought plants,determining the eco-physiological characteristics and selecting fine provenances of main tree species,which has gained some preliminary results. |
