| 摘 要： | 文章以暴马丁香种子为试验材料,研究了不同赤霉素浓度(100 mg·L^-1、200 mg·L^-1、和400 mg·L^-1)和浸泡时间(12 h、24 h和48h)及两者的交互作用对暴马丁香种子萌发的影响。结果表明,赤霉素浓度和浸泡时间对暴马丁香种子的发芽势和发芽率均有显著影响,以赤霉素浓度为200 mg·L^-1、浸泡时间为24 h时,暴马丁香种子的发芽势和发芽率最高,分别为49.33%和67.67%。赤霉素浓度和浸泡时间之间存在着显著的交互作用,不同浸泡时间下,赤霉素浓度对暴马丁香种子的发芽势和发芽率的影响程度不同。
