湿地松高产脂繁殖材料选择与利用的研究

摘    要:选择长势好、生长快、产脂高的繁殖材料已是湖北省湿地松遗传改良的主要目标。本文对湿地松高产脂繁殖材料选择和利用进行了总结。湿地松高产脂材料选择主要通过本地选择和引进相结合的办法 ,已从本地湿地松中选择高产脂优良单株 7株 ,引进并保存湿地松高产脂优良家系 1 0个 ,为我省湿地松遗传改良提供了物质基础 ,并为建立湿地松高产脂种子园提供了一定的建园材料。

Abstract:To select a propagation material which grows well and fast as well as yield high amount of rosin has became the main objective of genetic improvement on slash pine of Hubei province. In this paper, the authors summarized the selection and utilization of slash pine propagation material with high-yield rosin. The selection of this material is mainly based on method which combines local selection with introduction, 7 excellent individual plants with high-yield rosin were selected out among local slash pine, 10 elite families of slash pine with high-yield rosin were introduced and preserved, all of these have provided a sound material basis for genetic improvement on slash pine of our province and provided certain orchard-established material for establishment of slash pine plantation with high-yield rosin.
