薯蓣属植物基础研究进展与开发利用

摘    要:薯蓣属植物是一类极其重要的经济作物,其中30多种药用薯蓣体内含有薯蓣皂素,是合成甾体激素类药物的重要原料。本文就薯蓣属植物形态分类、地理分布、栽培、组织培养和药用、保健、食用、工业原料开发等方面研究进行了分析评价,指出了薯蓣属植物栽培生产与开发利用等方面存在的问题。

Abstract:Dioscoreais a kind of quite important economic crops, of which 30 species have higher content in diosgenin among Dioscoreathat are important raw material of making steroidal medicine. Thestudy onform classification, geographical distribution, planting,tissue culture of Dioscorea, its uses in herb medicine, keepinghealthy, food and exploitation of its industrial raw materials were analyzed and evaluated in this paper and someproblemsof its culturing and further utilization were also pointed out.
