湖北长防林体系综合效益监测分区及监测网络

摘    要:根据湖北省长防林体系的生态、经济和社会效益监测的需求,提出了全省长防林体系综合效益监测分区的一般原则。针对全省29个长防林工程县所在区域的地形地貌、水土流失及防护林资源分布的差异性,得出湖北省长防林效益监测分为四个区,确定了监测指标,并建立了全省长防林体系综合效益监测网络体系。

Abstract:According to the present need for monitoring the ecological,economic and social benifits from the Yangtze river's shelter-forest system in Hubei province,the authors put forward the general principles for dividing Hubei into sub-regions for monitoring the comprehensive benifits from the same system in the Whole province. Directing at the difference among the whole province's 29 counties involved in the Yangtze river's shelter-forest engineerings in their tepography,geomorphy,water & soil loss and distribution of shelter-forest resource,they divided the 29 counties into 4 sub-regions for monitoring the comprehensive benifit of the system,determined the neccessarily-monitoried indexes and established corresponding monitoring network system.
