| 摘 要： | 深化集体林权制度改革后,我国林农的市场经济观念不断增强,林权交易的数量显著增多,林权评估问题由此受到各方重视。在林权流转及林权评估等基本问题分析的基础上,阐明我国集体林权制度改革后林权流转评估的重要性,指出林权流转评估过程中存在的问题,进而提出应对这些问题的举措以及解决这些问题的关键点,以期为我国林权交易的有效实施提供参考。
