| 摘 要： | 应用调查研究和量化分析的方法对三北防护林体系建设工程第一阶段(1978—2000年)造林成果的生态经济效益进行了探讨,直观地反映了三北工程建设在区域经济可持续发展中的重要作用,并运用《京都议定书》和"碳汇"理论对三北工程的生态经济效益进行了展望。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the ecological and economic benefits of silviculture outcome in the first period(1978-2000) of the "Three North" Shelterbelt System Construction Engineering through investigation and quantitive analysis method, and the important effect of the "Three North" engineering construction on the sustainable economic development in the region. Finally, the author applies Kyoto protocol and carbon sink theory to predicting the ecological and economic benefits of the "Three North" engineering. |
