| 摘 要： | 认为没有持续坚持森林经理是当前国有林场普遍陷入“两危”困境的原因之一。论述了建立和谐林场是森林经理的内在要求。提出从现代林业经营思想与中国传统文化完美结合、全面谋划与控制、产权结构调整、林场治理结构完善以及推进国有林场文化建设等方面来重构现代国有林场森林经理,促进和谐林场建设。 |

| Abstract: | This paper thinks at first having not insisted continuously forest management is one of the reasons that the state-owned forest farms generally have fallen into the "Two dangers"(the shortage of forest resources and forestry economic crisis) at present.Setting up the harmonious forest farm is the inherent demand of forest management.Finally,the article proposes 4 aspects to construct the forest management of modern state-owned forest farm: the modern forestry's management philosophy being combined with China's traditional culture perfectly,planning and controlling forest management in an all-round way,adjusting property right structure,perfecting forest farm administration structure and constructing the culture of state-owned forest farm to promote the construction of harmonious forest farm. |
