建立青藏高原东部气候生态综合监测体系的探讨

针对青藏高原东部气候生态现状,提出了在当地建立气候生态综合监测体系的构想。就开展监测的总体思路、建设目标、监测要解决的关键技术问题、监测体系布局和监测内容等问题进行了探讨。重点从监测体系的结构和建设实施方案等方面展开讨论,建议以气候生态动态监测和典型气候生态系统定位观测相结合的方式开展兼具深度和广度的气候生态监测,提出了建设青藏高原东部气候生态环境监测体系的基本技术框架。

Discussion on Establishing A Climatic and Ecological Monitoring System on the Eastern Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau

Based on the consideration of the current climatic and ecological situations on the eastern Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau, a conceived scheme for establishing a climatic and ecological monitoring system on the eastern plateau was put forward in this paper. Questions such as basic guidelines, objectives of the system, key technical problems that should be solved, division of ecological regions and monitoring indicators etc., were discussed in detail. Following the analysis with particular focus on the system structure and the implementation plan of the monitoring system, it is suggested that in order to carry out the climatic and ecological monitoring with both breadth and depth, it would be necessary to combine the dynamic survey on climatic and ecological region with the long-term observation on the typical ecosystems, hence a basic technical framework for establishing the climatic and ecological monitoring system on the eastern Tibetan Plateau was proposed.
