| 摘 要： | 分析了福州市生态公益林建设的现状与存在问题 ,结合省会城市森林资源状况以及主要自然灾害情况 ,依据“因害设防、因地制宜、突出重点、适度规模和相对集中”的原则 ,开展生态公益林规划和区划界定工作 ,提出了省会城市生态公益林建设总体布局、实施重点和主要任务 ,为福州市生态公益林建设工作提供参考
