竹炭对染料的吸附性能研究

摘    要:研究了竹炭对染料活性艳红X-3B的吸附性能,探讨了竹炭粒径、用量、吸附时间、溶液pH值、温度和浓度对吸附性能的影响,并研究了竹炭对多种染料以及实际印染废水的吸附效果。结果表明,竹炭经ZnCl2改性处理后,吸附容量大幅提高,达13.5 mg.g-1;ZnCl2改性竹炭对活性艳红X-3B的吸附在2 h时基本达到平衡,其吸附过程为放热过程,随温度升高,吸附容量相对降低;吸附容量随染料溶液浓度的升高而增加;粒径越细,吸附效果越好,但是粒度过细,加工耗能耗时,实际应用时,应根据去除效果的具体要求选择粒度大小;ZnCl2改性竹炭对受试的18种染料均有较好的吸附效果,吸附容量最高达23.5 mg.g-1;投加量为2 g.L-1时,对实际印染废水中染料的吸附去除率为72.3%,表明改性竹炭在染料废水处理中具有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:The sorption of bamboo charcoal to reactive brilliant red X-3B was studied,and the effect of granular diameter,the dosage of bamboo charcoal,adsorptive time,pH value,temperature and the concentration of dye were discussed also.The results showed that the adsorbability of bamboo charcoal was stronger when improved by ZnCl_2 with up to 13.5 mg·g~(-1).The adsorptive balance of X-3B on the improved bamboo charcoal reached at 2 h treatment.The adsorptive process was exothermic so that the adsorbability reduced when the temperature of system increased.The adsorbability increased when the concentration of dye increased.The more small the granular diameter of the improved bamboo charcoal was,the more strong the adsorbability was.If the granular diameter was extremely small,it was difficulty to apply in practice.The adsorptive rate of the improved bamboo charcoal in the actual printing and dyeing wastewater was 72.3% with the concentration of 2 g·L~(-1),which indicated the improved bamboo charcoal could be applied in disposing popularized in dyeing wastewater disposal in the future.
