福建林业科技集成公共服务建设的初步研究

从林业科研知识产权保护与开发、森林资源的科学培育和监管、林产品质量监督、林业纠纷鉴定等4个方面,对建立健全林业科技服务体系进行了相关研究,提出了建立植物新品种权代理、工程项目技术咨询、林产品质量检测、林业司法鉴定等机构的一些举措,实现林业科技集成公共服务,促进福建林业现代化进程。

The Preliminary Study on the Construction of Integrated Public Service of Fujian Forestry Science and Technology

It is the most fundamental way to establish and improve the integrated service system of forestry science and technology for changing the current status of forest development in Fujian.Based on the four aspects:protection and development of knowledge property,the scientific cultivation and supervision of forest resources,the quality supervision of forest products,the forest conflict authentication,this paper puts forward some actions to achieve the integrated service system of forestry science and technology such as establishment of a new variety authority agent,technical consultant of forest project,the quality test of forest products,forest judicial authentication etc.,which can promote the forest modernization process.
