| 摘 要： | 在自然降温过程中,对绿竹地理种源的保护酶活性、可溶性蛋白质含量、可溶性糖含量、叶绿素含量进行比较分析,结果表明各绿竹种源抗寒能力从强到弱依次为:温州绿竹>福安绿竹>尤溪绿竹>漳州绿竹,温州绿竹的抗寒能力明显高于其它3个地理种源。绿竹越冬能力的适应性变异与其原产地环境是相应的。

| Abstract: | The physiological indices of the activity of protective enzymes,the content of soluble protein,soluble sugar and chlorophyll content of different provenances of Dendrocalamopsis oldhami under overwintering condition were analyzed.The results indicated that the order of cold-tolerant ability was Wenzhou>Fu′an>Youxi>Zhangzhou,and the cold-tolerant of Wenzhou provenance was higher than that of others.The overwintering ability of D.oldhami adapted for itsenvironment of original area. |
